Our Tor instance has been rewritten to accomodate Tor users

- - Anonymous file uploads. Up to 10MB with no accounts
- - Logging in/creating accounts does not work at the moment. Only anonymous uploads
- - Stripped of all javascript, uploader and album pages work with default security
- - All requests are made through the hidden service, not through our clearnet cdn and fileservers

Main uses for it would be just viewing albums. 
Better support such as uploading & hosting the files from tor rather than clearnet will be added in the future.
