Made in Canada
Helix is made in Canada using a state of the art manufacturing process.
We are the first company in the world to robotically weld bicycles in an inert argon chamber. This process produces the best possible welds.
Our titanium tubes are laser cut on a multi-axis laser with a proprietary process for perfect weld fit up.
Helix uses over 30 titanium machined parts that are made on precision multi-axis CNC machines.
Helix is not only an exceptional folding bike, it is an exceptionally well made bicycle.
Helix is robotically welded in an argon chamber with less than 1ppm O2. It is the current state of the art in titanium bicycle welding.
