今後のワクチン接種の見通しについて ｜ Future outlook of UTokyo vaccination program

- 一時的に予約受付を停止しています。ワクチン接種は継続しています（8月26日以降は下記に該当しないワクチンを使用しています。）
- 9月3日までの予約は有効です。それ以降のワクチン接種については改めてお知らせを出します。
- モデルナワクチンに異物混入があり東京大学が受け取っていたワクチンの一部の使用が停止されています。今後の納入状況等を確認中です。
- 東京大学にはこのうち、ロット番号3004667が納入されていて8月18日に接種を受けた一部の方、8月19日から25日に接種を受けたすべての方が該当します。この間に接種を受けた方はご自身の接種済証でもロット番号を確認出来ます。8月26日からは別なロットのワクチンを使用しています。
- この間に副反応の相談が増えたなどの事実はありませんがメーカー等から追加の情報がありましたら改めてお知らせ致します。
- ご心配をおかけ致しますがこのページで随時情報を掲載していきます。お問合せ等は通常のワクチン窓口にお願いいたします。メールアドレス等は予約専用サイトでご確認下さい。東京大学以外の方は各団体の本ワクチンプログラム取り纏め元にお尋ねください。

- The reservation system is temporarily halted. Vaccination is ongoing.
- The existing reservations until September 3rd are valid. We will announce later about the vaccination after September 6th.
- Foreign substances in the vaccine is reported(linked to a non-UT web site), and some vaccines we have cannot be used for the vaccination. We are readjusting the vaccination schedule, which may be affected by this matter.
- Vaccines used at UTokyo vaccination site included the lot in question, that is, Lot# 3004667, which was used between August 18 and 25. Check your vaccination record issued at the venue. You'll see the lot number on the sheet.
- We will make further announcement here when additional information becomes available. No additional reports of adverse reaction from the vaccinees are observed.
- We will announce the future course of action later here. Inquiry can be done through email. The address is on the reservation web site or is provided by the organizer of each vaccinee group.
