My driving value is access, so that means I do not want finances to be a barrier to accessing my clinical services. So, for full transparency, I will share what my usual fees are and then ask that each client to choose their own fees that they will be paying.

Surgery Assessment for Face/Chest/Breast

Surgery Assessment for Genital Surgery
$600 first letter and $450 second letter
WPATH GEI Mentoring
$250/hr individual and $150/group

I do not expect anyone to pay the full fees unless finances are not a barrier to access. Some clients choose $30, $50, $100 or any combination of numbers you can imagine. I also provide pro-bono services. What matters most for me is that each individual person chooses their own fees, not what the fee actually is. I have implicit trust in our community - in you - and will not ask for proof of income or anything like that - I will go with what each person decides, no questions asked. I am glad to discuss this further, as I know it is non-traditional.

I am a child/family psychologist specializing in the areas of gender and sexual health with over ten years of clinical experience.

Services I provide include:
1. Education, preparation, and reports/letters for child/adolescent gender support, puberty blockers, hormone therapy, surgery, safe passage/travel, legal name/gender marker changes, and transition in school or work setting.
2. WPATH GEI Certification Mentorship: Group mentoring for trans, non-binary, genderqueer, Two Spirit, agender, intersex, and all non-cis clinicians and individual mentoring for cisgender clinicians.
3. Training and consultation related to gender and/or sexual health for parents, partners, individuals, couples, clinicians, and universities and organizations.

Note. As I am in residency, I work on a very part-time basis, with mostly weekend appointments. I offer services via online videoconference. I do not take insurance, but can provide a superbill receipt for clients to submit to their insurance for out of network reimbursement.
