Singer Kelly Chen’s mother-in-law restrain daughter from contact

Hong Kong singer Kelly Chen Wai-lam’s mother-in-law Shen Ching has filed a writ to the High Court, seeking an injunction to restrain her daughter from coming close to her.
Shen filed a writ against her daughter Gigi Lau Kin-chi to the Court of First Instance last Friday, Gigi is the sister of Chan's husband Alex Lau Kin-ho.
“Between the period from August 2017 till now, the Defendant (Gigi) repeatedly intimidated, threatened, harassed, disturbed and interfered with the Plaintiff (Shen),” stated in the writ.
The writ stated that Gigi allegedly assaulted Shen, on October 2.
Shen restrained Gigi from doing the above actions, such as assault and intimidation, to her, Shen’s husband David Lau Kei-wai, and their three domestic helpers.
She also restrained Gigi from contacting the five of them. Restraining her to remain 10 meters away from them as well and 50 meters away from their residence at Villa Monte Rosa on Stubbs Road in Mid-Levels East.
