How the hell is he Si over Ni?? He has an insane grasp on Ni insights and what people really want as a consumer that he has grown the company more than Jobs ever did. His whole approach to Apple is about giving to the consumer what they don’t even know they wanted which is pretty Ni-Fe.
You look at his interviews, he’s always communicating through Fe and has never shown to talk through Te unlike Steve Jobs who was a hardcore Te user. From the experience of others, he has been described as a pretty down-to-earth warm person to talk to which gets rid of Te over Fe as a possibility. Even the approach of getting rid of things such as the headphone jack and ports on the Macbook is pretty Se inferior. Not to mention how adept he and his company is at gaslighting consumers into thinking that buying adapter cables at insane prices is for the best of them, that’s huge control over Fe.

He's good at profiting off work previously set up by Steve Jobs, and he's good at implementing specific ideas from other companies that must have already worked for them. Great businessman, but no innovation whatsoever. He and his team add already used but previously successful methods and only then innovate to make them more efficient. (Si - Te relationship)

He’s an INFJ 3w2. It’s apparent that Apple has a very long term strategy, but the new Apple is Fe. The old Apple was Fi. Steve Jobs is an INTJ 3w4.

This is why Apple has actually in my opinion gotten a lot better. Sure, they aren’t as creative anymore and it doesn’t have that WOW factor, but my god, the products are so much better now than what they used to be. I think it’s the leadership of someone who clearly values Ti over Te. The phones are insane quality and the new MacBooks are incredible using their own silicone.

This new Apple under Tim Cook is nicer, more moral, gives far more to charity and values rights a lot more too. Tim Cook has publicly made statements on black rights and gay rights and he’s leading the way with female employees in high positions too. And then... just look at his smile. The guy radiates Fe. He’s just like an ISFJ but he clearly has Ni leading him. The company would have sunk by now and it’s only gotten far better.

I’ve actually met him in person and had a conversation with him at the Apple Store in Covent Garden London. He’s like me but with Fe. I’m INTJ.

He literally looks exactly like the ISTJ character from 16personalities.com
Jokes aside, you guys better not be voting ISTJ just because Tim Cook isn't as inventive and creative as Steve Jobs! I'm voting ENFJ and guess what, ENFJ can be "boring" too.
