Super Smash Bros. Ultimate Has Some Censorship

We've discussed Nintendo showing Sony up when it came to censorship in recent times. Nintendo is famous for it, Swiss-cheesing games as they came to the West. However, things looked to be turning, with Sony censoring some games, and Nintendo not. Just when we were patting them on the back, forgetting the sins of old like scrapping whole parts of Fire Emblem, Bravely Default, and other great JRPGs, Nintendo's puritan gaze hit Super Smash Bros. Ultimate. Previously, only Samus and Snake were affected: with Samus going down a cup size or two, and Snake having a really flat ass. And now there's this.



That is Mythra from Xenoblade Chronicles 2. On the left, you'll see her original appearance. On the right, from SSB U. Now, this might be chalked up to Nintendo's attempts to just keep things at a low rating, but they did take down Samus' bust size down quite a bit, and the meme about Snake's ass is still there.

I mean I'll go with the opposite response of it just looks better. I'll be how is this less lewd? I mean there are people who really find leggings like that HOT! I mean showing off legs how is that a problem? Eh, I mean I just don't like it at all. Especially in my fire emblem games, like where they took out the entire bath scene stuff for spending with your wife or censored certain pics.

I actually share the same sentiment, I actually think Mythra's redesign here in SSBU looks better than the original in XB2.

Censor Mythra looks way better, I love LEGGINGS. I would love to have that outfit in my Xenoblade 2 game

To be honest, I don't care if it's SSB. I just like playing the game. You know, fighting yelling, laughing stabbing that friend who uses
Anyway, I don't think that's a big deal. Btw, I think I prefer the "censored" Mythra; looks sexier to me.

At least it looks like she's wearing proper stockings. I remember GI Joe Sigma Six trying to put "long sleeves" on Storm Shadow. They simply coloured his arms black.

SJWs would whine their asses off and refuse to buy it if it were "objectifying" girls with the "male fantasy" and all that shit, and since nintendo is closer to the top of the sales list, their reputation is already wide. It would only narrow down if it offended loyal SJWs.

Plus, nintendo's one of those scummy "if it ain't broke, don't fix it" companies. Better than many small-timers,
