After talking with @Thebigthink in a PM, I've determined that he is NOT Sean Miller. OP created the thread because he genuinely wants to talk about Sean's bizarre obsession with attention and humiliation, and possibly even find new information about the guy. As a result, I'm going to unlock this thread.

On April 1st 2021 the Youtuber Turkey Tom made a documentary showcasing Sean's harassment towards other creators. A few months later the video was removed from youtube due to Sean spamming copyright claims and privacy claims. It has since been removed. Funnily enough this shows that he wants attention on a small scale, once about 200k people get involved he wants to delete everything.

But this is the internet and once you put it out there its impossible to take it back.
