Special Containment Procedures: Only the 05 Council are permitted to view SCP-6767, however practise and testing of SCP-6767 has been halted due to the risk factor and threat SCP-6767 poses.

Due to The Initiative already aware of SCP-6767 ability, they are permitted to access resources within the Foundation to research SCP-6767. As long as one 05 council representative is supervising. The Initiative are no longer permitted on-site of SCP-6767 testing and no longer granted access to SCP-6767 archives.

All staff are not permitted to investigate the SCP-6767 instance without 05 granted permission. Regardless of rank and status.

The use of SCP-6767 by STF-Magnus-1 (Puzzle Solvers) has been discontinued. All soldiers directly involved with SCP-6767 have been treated with amnestic drugs.

Description: SCP-6767 is a runic anomaly directly relating to SCP-6899. SCP-6767 is highly dangerous to utilise to the wellbeing of subjects around the user and the user themselves.

SCP-6767 is a reality manipulating anomaly, only functioning if a sapient entity utilises it. SCP-6767 will be inactive if inscribed on an inanimate object without a user. SCP-6767 will only be active if the user is holding the object SCP-6767 is inscribed on, or if SCP-6767 has been inscribed onto the user’s body. Location of the body SCP-6767 is inscribed on has no alteration in SCP-6767's ability.

When a user is active, SCP-6767 will manipulate reality to fulfill the users’ desires. Whether it is verbal or thought process, as long as a sapient being is in contact with SCP-6767, all wishes will be granted. The process of the wish is completed appears to be a coincidental chain reaction until the wish is fulfilled, this process normally takes up to 1-6 minutes to complete.

The Initiative has stated that the term they have given for SCP-6767 is the rune of Fate:

"The Fate rune controls destiny, if held in the hands of humanity, they control their own fate. Achieving even the impossible" -Carl Gregory (Initiative member)

The Initiative has also stated that the Foundation should not use SCP-6767 under any circumstance.

Addendum-6767-A: The Initiative has confessed the use of D-class personnel to test SCP-6767. 05-15 states that he is responsible for authorising the testing procedures. Council vote has declared that ███ is discontinued from the council as of ██/██/███. Amnestic treatment and citizenship has been conducted, as well as an alibi made. The Initiative members involved in the testing of D-87347 have been revoked of their authorisation in the Foundation.

Addendum-6767-B: Former ███ has been reported missing 06/08/20██. A SCP-6767 instance was located in the bedside drawer, hand drawn on a A4 paper. As well as a list of the following runes established by The Initiative. How former ███ accessed this information is unknown.
