How are you supposed to save or load games?
I've started this game twice now.
I can't see any options to save the game.
Both times I've quit when I restart the option to load is greyed out.

Yeah but it wasn't saving. i.e I quit the game and had to start from the beginning each time, the 'load' button was just greyed out.
It's some weird bug to do with the settings. I switched off MLAA and it works now.
