usually I would check whether the JPEG is high-res or not~
then try to check the social medias of the creator artists
and if they show creating process with time lapse that would help~
and also use this tineye.com for JPEG plagiarism

Try making a watermark and put it in an area of your pictures that can’t be cropped out without seriously affecting how much of it is used

Or with any picture posts you make on your public socials like Twitter, make a copyright notice the watermark. You can also use tineye.com (reverse image search engine) to see where your pics end up and message the dating sites that use them, tell them to stop

I've been trying to do that on a lot of things, I can do it on Google but getting the picture there has been too much for my little pea brain lately! it always takes me to my Samsung internet that I hate

On my laptop my two go-to searches are:
tineye.com (just drag & drop image)
images.google.com/?hl=oc-US (click the camera icon & upload image)
On my phone I use Reversee. It's pretty handy.

Not as relevant on OS as HEN, but please check the art before buying (if you don’t know the artist). Many people sell stolen work. I use tineye.com or artist.ninja (Ninja is better IMO). Don’t blindly buy art before verifying it’s originality

Tineye.com is a great tool. That shows this has been reposted around the web so much that finding the original source would be quite a challenge unless you stumble upon someone who happens to know.

That photo isn't even picked up by Tineye.com yet so it seems to have recently gone viral via Facebook. DON'T copy/paste it somewhere else without attribution. Link back to Renee's site. She's a photographer and tour guide.
