WEBサーバにしたいなど、DHCPでIPアドレスを取得する方法だと、できない場合があります。
その際に、固定IPアドレスにする方法を下記に記載します。

/etc/dhcpcd.conf　を編集します。
間違えると動作しなくなる可能性もあるので、必ずバックアップをとりましょう。「dhcpcd.conf.old」

interface wlan0　←　無線LAN
static ip_address=192.168.12.191/24　←　固定したいIPアドレス
static routers=192.168.12.1　←　ルーターのアドレス
static domain_name_servers=192.168.12.1 8.8.8.8　←　DNSサーバアドレス（無ければ、ルーターのアドレス）
