Status

After hours of trying to get into the Halo Infinite Technical beta, I finally got in and played this morning before work. Gonna give a few quick thoughts. I'll expand on them after the flight is over Monday.

PROS:

-The AR feels great. It's a weapon that can be used to defend and attack effectively. Unlike the AR in Halo 3 and Reach.
-The Neelder is OP.
-The brought back the Halo CE shield recharge sound
-Shield break and visual ques for shields are really good.
-Map design is varied and works. Rewards high ground positions.
-Brought back sprint and clamber

CONS:

-No longer red vs blue. It's outline vs non outline. It's damn near impossible to figure out who the enemy is because everyone is the same color.
-The Needler is OP
-Grenades seem pointless. Their blast radius is about 4 inches.
-The Sidekick sucks.
-The changed how ADS and zoom works. Now mapped to different inputs for some reason and not all weapons have them.
-Its really slow now compared to Halo 5. Not a fan.
-Radar no longer shows you if people are above or below you.
-Its no longer has color. Everything is drab and silver and gray.

It's a beta and alot can change. In had a good time with it so far. Let me know if you guys have any questions and I'll do my best to answer them.
