Youth Hospitality Training Combatting Poverty and Racial Inequities

Our volunteers are unemployed and underemployed young people of color who enter the Hospitality Academy and are trained for good-paying union jobs in the hospitality industry. We conclude our program with a Community Dinner. Tasks include knife skills and food prep.
