This is great! Worked for me after I changed some items for my rig in org.chameleon.Boot.plist.

everything went smooth ! very easy thanks Chris but after installation in HD with elcapitan there is not chameleon  and extra folder etc. so doesn't boot without the USB key. Have i to install Chameleon and the extra folder with all the right kexts  or what ? Thanks

Clover spécial édition works for El capi see on the post Clover Special Edition

Hello !

 

Great news Chriss1111.

I get an error message at the end when installing chameleon. Maybe because my usb has only 7,44 Go after formatting (7,74 Go before formatting) ?

Is that normal ? because the public beta of ElCapitan is only about 6 Go.

OMG :( just creat USB to installer and then error, go to this thread and see your alert :( so now i can using ?

Crashes every time. This error on writing to USB.

 

"Installer ElCapitan1.sh line 73: open: command not found"

 

 

On boot, files scrolling then crashola.

 

Maybe something I'm doing wrong?

Please attach config.plist,pic and signature.

First you are using Installer on the bad way, you need reboot your PC 

 

Restart the Programme same thing like this video 

So Read the first post please attentively before  

 

************IMPORTANT************

the name of your USB drive must be without any space

 

and if you trying Public Beta see my video here

Read it, saw it.

 

As it happens. the answer was implicit in my first comment. For some reason, the 'open' command file had become corrupted on my machine and wasn't working. Replaced that and it worked fine, well, no errors. I will try the USBInstaller tomorrow and see what happens.
