Calculate the power per mass in watts per kilograms or pounds body weight. This value is measured at cycling or with a bicycle ergometer, to compare the power of persons with different weights. The common value is between 1 and 7, whereas 1 is a value of physically weakened or ill people. On the other hand, values above 6 are considered as world class. Of course, also the duration is important here, in which the power can be performed. The value should be kept for half an hour to one hour. For longer times, the values are lower. For several hours, 4 is a really good value.
