FUCK Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus GAME SAVE SYSTEM
Really frustrated. Lost all progress (I beat the game and doing post-game missions. Just unlocked all upgrades as well)
So here's what happened.
I decided to try Mein Leben on a new slot, instantly die, and go back to the main menu with no option to load my original progress. I thought going to the New Game option would load the game from there because it showed my progression slot, but nah bruh. I had unknowingly overwritten my original progress without any fair warning!
The game was fun and all but this ruins this experience big time. Having achieved all the weapons and most upgrades is such hard work only to be wrecked by this wretched game save system. I was so eager to kill some more ubercommanders with my new weapon combos and upgrades.
On that note, there are a lot of things this game doesn't tell you. In the PC version, there is a quicksave and quickload option that I only found out half way through the game. The war map barely briefs your missions.
I did it again mate. On I am Death Incarnate. Couldn’t care less about the collectibles except the weapon upgrades. It was freaking hard but boy was it worth it
I just saw that this pack that contains everything from new order forwards is on sale for only 15 euros.
I know nothing about the series so I am here to learn more.
What other game can you compare its combat to? How captivating/immersive is the story and should I buy the whole bundle or just one of the games?
It seems like 5/10 posts I get notifications for are people asking where to start (which, a quick Google search would also answer that question) Not meaning any hate or aggressiveness towards new people, I love when people take interest in this series. I'm more just wondering if there's a reason why it hasn't been done yet? It seems like a relatively easy thing to do that would solve a lot of people's questions
Like the title says, I own the censored version of both TNO and TOB on steam. I was thinking about getting them again now that they are uncensored and on sale, but when I try to buy them I get the message "Wolfenstein: The New Order: According to our records, you already own one or more of the items included in this package on Steam."
Would I get the uncensored version in addition to the censored one I already own or would I first have to remove the censored version from my steam account in order to buy the uncensored one?

The title says it all. It can be any weapon from any game, and it can be mixed up into however you like. I'll go first.
1. FG-42 Paratroop Rifle (RTCW) - Powerful rifle being Jack-Of-All-Trades, indeed the weapon I would use the most. Hits hard, has a scope that can go for longer ranges of combat, and it simply just looks cool.
2. Particle Cannon (Wolf 2009) - If you ever want to clean up a room full of Nazis without leaving any corpses, the Particle Cannon will fit the bill nicely. A stream of bluish-green energy that can disintegrate any living being in its path into tiny vanishing particles, very suitable for huge crowds.
3. Thule Medallion (Wolf 2009) - Not truly a weapon yet more of a crafty tool, it can still qualify as one. "Seeing" the reality of the Veil unlike our own grants the wielder of the medallion some slight passive advantages such as moving faster, accessing hidden doorways and ladders, Geists that are invisible in the normal dimension, marking Black Sun energy to refill power and spotting weak spots of certain enemies or objectives. Asides from Veil Sight, the user can activate three other powers to turn the tides in battles. They are: Empower (that can amplify the damage of weapons to eviscerate enemies faster and penetrate through cover), Shield (generates an energy spherical field that can prevent damage from any aggressors), and Mire (Slows down the boundaries of time while letting you more inside its realm freely). All powers can be activated to make an unstoppable walking force of destruction but saps energy extremely quickly of approximately four seconds.
