Yes, there are multiple save slots, which is great as I'm using multiple for various tutorials and guides.

Once you beat the game, you can also chapter select, even in New save slots.

I'm obsessed with keeping the rebels alive. Have been with these fellas through hell. Felt compelled to screenshot the team before going into the strider fight. None of them will survive.
