Seriously? Is there any doubt? Okay, okay, I’ll take this question seriously.
Absolutely! Women can be terrible bullies.
All a bully needs is power over someone. Teachers, parents, police officers, bosses, religious instructors can all be bullies. These can be the worse kind of bullies because they are in a position of trust.
Mothers can bully their children. Wives can bully their husbands. Sisters can bully their siblings. Etc, etc. etc.
People who seem weaker, but who are stronger in less obvious ways, like being more aggressive or more manipulative can be very psychologically damaging bullies.
Beautiful women are frequently horrible bullies. Smart women can be terrifying bullies. Rich women can be devastating bullies.
Some women are physically stronger than some men, but it doesn’t take physical strength to be a bully. Not by any stretch of the imagination.

I was married to a woman bully……She hit me in the mouth more than once, shoving my teeth through my lips, she used to hit me between the legs, then tell me I deserved it………her verbal bullying was just as bad. I put up with all of it, until she got tired of the fact I would not stick up for myself, and ran off with another man….Looking back, it is probably a good thing, that she divorced me. WHY???? Her physical and verbal bullying was taking its’ toll, and the day would have arrived, that I would have killed her. Guaranteed……..

Women/Girls can be bullies and in many cases worse than boys. If a boy is a bully he will often target you physically.
A female bully wouldn’t do that because they don’t want to get into a fight. What they will do is to bully you psychologically. They might taunt you and do typical bully stuff but they will take to social media and It can be super devastating to your mental well being. They will make sure that the whole school or workplace ostracise you and drive you to despair. I know this first hand.

Yes. Females can bully others.
A female bullied my mother and even had others in on it. Her boss fired her and blackballed her. The bully used being social where a male bully most likely would have used force.
This stupid idea that women cannot do horrible things to others (not talking about you but in general) has to stop.
A female bully is a lot more dangerous because a lot of people don't see it coming.

Sure. And worse then male bullies. According to my experience. Their bullying is often more psychological than physical and often continues throughout their lives well into adulthood. It only changes into more subtle intrigue (my worst co-workers are middle-aged women). I am sorry but females are worse than males in this “sport”.
I admit that I may be biased here since I was bullied exclusively by girls and I have no experience with boy-bullying. What I learned is that most girls just aim to disadvantage other girls and girl friendship is either non-existent, dishonest or at least truly rare. It is a competition out there. As I said I am biased. Also just as my answer suggests I have very few female friends.
