The Jackson-Hinds Library System plans to relocate the Charles Tisdale Library.
The original Tisdale library was built in 1976 and it has problems with flooding and mold.
The library was closed two years ago.
Leaders with the library system believe a new location for the site should be next to McWillie Elementary School.
