How do I save manually?
I just started. I read I can save at the throne but nothing happens there -also its broken. Im at the very start. Just finished the slave camp. thanks

you cant save manually but you can switch between those save slots so you can have high and low evil play through at the same time. but i find that to be finnicky and prone to losing progress so i just make a new profile and switch between those instead

game saves everytime you enter the tower from what i remember and the throne itself only gets any function in overlord 2.

Yes, I noticed that it takes me to the last auto save on continue. But there is a ‘load’ menu with save slots. Can’t I write a save myself?

And when I enter the tower the ‘level’ resets. That’s by design I suppose?

Btw a couple more questions if that’s ok. high or low evil are both cool right? There’s no good or bad ending I understand?

Also which one is more fun? I just wanna have fun :)

both endings are still a straight win just different flavor just do what seems cool

The only effect on gameplay corruption has is the last 4 spells, if your corruption is below 50% when you find one of them it's the good version, otherwise you get the evil one, even they they're pretty similar.

If you for example run out of blues in The Moist Hollows before getting the blue hive out, your automatic save slot is pretty much useless. There should be save files somewhere to be backed up before something bad happens, but the folder location will differ between platforms.

Umm... I finished the game in July :P

But well, leave it there in case anyone needs it.
