Aloha! Yes, we are off to the land of Big Waves, Rainbows, Pineapples and... Sake??? Yes, Sake. Thirty years after Honolulu Sake Brewery shut its doors, sake-brewing has returned to Hawaii. We are happy to introduce you to Islander Sake Brewery. Utilizing both rice from the US and Hokkaido, Chiaki Takahashi and Tama Hirose are creating delightful sakes in Honolulu. And fresh island fruit makes an appearance in their playful “Pineapple Ginjo” and “Liliko‘i Ginjo” labels. Come join us in the Land of Aloha.
