                  JAC will be upgraded to JAC+

JAC (Japan all culture) token will be permanently removed and delisting at 10:00 AM on May 26, 2021(HKT). JAC+ (Japan all culture+) will begin trading at 15:00 PM on May 31, 2021(HKT).

We will be providing "JAC token buy back repurchase" and airdrop give away of "JAC +" tokens for users who currently own JAC tokens.

① Buy back repurchase: We will be buying back your JAC tokens at the price of "JAC * 0.0000001USDT".

The buy back is divided into cycle periods of 30 days, repurchase and released in 5 cycles, each cycle paying 20%.

The first cycle of repurchase will start on June 30, 2021.

The second cycle of repurchase will start on July 30, 2021.

The third cycle of repurchase will start on August 30, 2021.

The fourth cycle of repurchase will start on September 30, 2021.

The fifth cycle of repurchase will start on October 30, 2021.

※We will transfer USDT to the customer's wallet through the system, customers does not need to do anything.

② Airdrop give away "JAC+" tokens: "Current JAC tokens * 0.00001" will be distributed as airdrops.

Airdrop will be issued on June 30, 2021 (only one time). We will transfer JAC+ to the customer's wallet through the system, customers do not need to do anything.

Note: For users who traded after April 7, 2021, we will send out the same amount of JAC + tokens through the system.

【JAC+ Overview】

JAC+ will become the token for exclusive distribution of Japanese animation products. It will use exclusive copyrights to sell limited edition products that can only be purchased with JAC+ tokens.

The project team will use the profits from sales of goods to buy back JAC+ tokens, then burn tokens to ensure the stability of JAC+ token’s price.

The first limited-edition animation products will be launched around September.
