Is it just me or does this game look really fuzzy?

I've been trying to put my finger on it, but it seems that the characters models are extremely fuzzy even at the game's default resolution. Going fullscreen to 1080 just makes them even fuzzier along with all the UI elements. It's akin to playing with fogged up glasses almost.

Anyone else have this problem, or better yet know of a way to sharpen things up?

I believe I read on one of the reviews that the game is locked at 720p. I could be wrong. I noticed a bit of a haze when firing it up the first time on my 22" samsung. It wasn't bad but, I did notice. Lately though, I've been doing in-home streaming to another TV via Steam Link in Big Picture mode and it actually looks a lot better that way for whatever reason.

Unfortunately there isn't any option to adjust the resolution. Future patch maybe?
