The only reason this is getting Fi votes over Ti is because everyone here appears "depressed" or "moody" due to the severe vitamin D deficiency and SAD since we don't know what sunlight is. This is a state based on science and progress. I'd even say it's Fe>Fi due to the way everyone acts polite on the surface if they're somehow forced to interact with you.
The Fi, enneagram 4 thing is much more Portland. They thrive off of being different, whereas Seattle is a mix of awkward geeky culture that's afraid of making eye contact and black and white business culture with a tinge of politeness.
