• How can I participate?
  • Simply download the Burger King App on your phone or visit BK.com to register. Once registered, there are 3 ways to participate:
    • Make a minimum $5 pre-tax Qualifying Purchase on BK App or BK.com and you will automatically earn a game token, which can be used to immediately play the game.
    • Make a minimum $5 pre-tax Qualifying Purchase at participating Burger King restaurant and input receipt information (Order Number, Restaurant Number, Time of Purchase, and Purchase Amount) on BK App or BK.com to earn a game token, which can be used to immediately play the game.
    • Mail in Method: To participate without purchase, handprint your full name, full mailing address, email address, phone number, birth month and birth year) on a plain 3x5 inch sheet of paper. • How can I register on BK app?
  • There are two ways to create an Account:
    • By downloading the BK® mobile app to a mobile device, tapping the “Sign Up” button located at the top right corner of the App and following the instructions to create an Account
    • By visiting bk.com/signup and following the instructions to create an Account. The App is available for free download from the App Store and Google Play store.
• Do I need to input receipt information every time I want to participate?
  • Yes, if you make your purchase in restaurant, you will have to provide receipt information each time. However, if you make a Qualifying Purchase on the Burger King app or online, you will earn a token automatically. Limit 1 token per day per person/account, regardless of number of purchases.
• Can I earn multiple tokens on the same day?
  • No. You earn only one token per day, per person/account, throughout the Promotion Period regardless of the number of Qualifying Purchases or mail in requests. Tokens may be earned with any Qualifying Purchase made until 11:59:59 PM ET, November 22, 2020 or by following the Mail in Method.
• How do I use my token?
  • You earn a token with a $5+ Qualifying Purchase. There is a limit of one token per day, per person/account, throughout the Promotion Period regardless of the number of Qualifying Purchases. You can play the token when earned, or you can save it for later play. You can play any tokens you have earned at any time, however all tokens must be played/used by 5:00 a.m. ET 11/23/2020.
• I lost a receipt, can I reprint?
  • If you have made a purchase using credit card, please reach out to the restaurant where you made the purchase to check if they can process a reprint of the receipt. The reprint request might only be available before store closure on the same day of purchase, and subject to additional restaurant requirements. You will not be able to request receipt reprints for cash transactions.

• How are the Sony prizes delivered?
  • You will receive an email with instructions. For PS5, you will be asked to fill out additional form with shipping information.
• Can I win multiple prizes?
  • You can win one Sony PS5 prize and one Sony Digital Code prize. However, there is no limit on the number of BK Coupons you might receive.
• Can I use my BK food coupon multiple times?
  • No. BK food coupons are good for one use only.

Redemptions

• How will I know where to redeem prizes?
  • You will receive an email with instructions. For PS5, you will be asked to fill out additional form with shipping information.
• Do I need to register on BK App / BK.com to redeem?
  • Yes. Registration is required to play the Game and redeem all prizes.
• When can I expect to receive Sony PS5 and Sony Digital Codes?
  • Due to prize release dates, the delivery of Sony prizes will begin mid-November and will continue throughout December, until all prizes are distributed to legitimate winners.
• When can I expect to receive BK Coupons?
  • BK Coupons will be added to Offers tab on BK App or BK.com within minutes of winning. Please refresh your BK App/BK.com Offers Tab if you do not see the coupon you have won.
• I have won a BK food coupon; however, I cannot locate it under Offers tab. What could I do?
  • Please make sure you’re logged in and try refreshing your “Offers” tab. If that doesn’t work, please reach out to bk.com/support.
• BK restaurant in my area does not show up on the BK App. How can I redeem the coupon?
  • You can redeem the coupon by visiting any restaurant and choosing in-restaurant redemption option. Please note that once you chose in-restaurant redemption option, you will have 15 minutes to redeem the offer. After 15 minutes, the offer will expire. If your coupon expired before you placed an order with the Team Member, please reach out to BK.com/support.

The BK® PS5™ Instant Win ("Promotion") begins at 9:00:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on October 15, 2020 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on November 22, 2020 (“Promotion Period”).The Promotion contains a game of chance (“Instant Win Game”). The computer clock of Administrator is the official time-keeping device in the Promotion.

1. ELIGIBILITY: The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States (excluding Hawaii and Alaska) and the District of Columbia, who are 18 (except Alabama and Nebraska 19 and 21 Mississippi) years of age or older at the time of Promotion registration. Employees of Burger King Corporation (“Sponsor”) its franchisees, Realtime Media LLC (“Administrator”), Restaurant Brands International, their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising,and fulfillment and marketing agencies, (collectively, “Promotion Parties”) their immediate families (parent, child, sibling & spouse and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and persons living in the same households as such individuals (whether related or not) are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. 2. HOW TO PARTICIPATE: To participate, you must have a Burger King account (each an “Account”) in order to participate. If you do not have an existing Account, you will be required to create an Account. Accounts are free, but subject to the Terms of Service (https://www.bk.com/terms-of-service) and Privacy Policy (www.bk.com/privacy-policy). There are two (2) ways to create an Account: By downloading the BK® mobile app (the “App”) to a mobile device, tapping the “Sign Up” button located at the top right corner of the App and following the instructions to create an Account; and online, by visiting https://www.bk.com/signup and following the instructions to create an Account. The App is available for free download from the App Store/Google Play store.

Instant Win Game Play: During the Promotion Period, there are three (3) ways to access and play the Instant Win Game:

a. PURCHASE METHOD IN APP AND ONLINE:
BURGER KING® MOBILE APPLICATION: Make a minimum $5 pre-tax purchase (“Qualifying Purchase”) from the menu within the App and click the pop-up tile when prompted to access the Promotion.

ONLINE (BK.COM): Log into your account on BK.com, make a Qualifying Purchase from the menu and click the pop-up tile when prompted to access the Promotion. Delivery and other fees do not count towards the purchase minimum.

Your qualifying in App or Online menu purchase will earn you one (1) game token (“Token”) to play the “Scratch Card” Instant Win game (“Game”). Limit one (1) Token per day per person/Account. When accessing the Promotion for the first time, please fill out entry form using the same First Name, Last Name and Email you provided when registering your Account. Failure to use the same Account registration information in your entry form may invalidate your game plays and disqualify you from winning a prize.

b. IN-RESTAURANT PURCHASE METHOD: You will need to use the information on your receipt to obtain your Token. Make a minimum $5 pre-tax purchase (“Qualifying Purchase”) at participating Burger King locations and save your receipt. Access the Burger King mobile Application (the “App”) or BK.com website and create, or log into, your Account. Click the “in-restaurant purchase” tile when prompted within the App or website, and provide the requested information (Order Number, Restaurant Number, Time of Purchase and Purchase Amount) to verify your purchase. Upon restaurant receipt approval, you will earn one (1) Token to play the “Scratch Card” Instant Win game (“Game”). Limit one (1) Token per day per person/Account. When accessing the Promotion for the first time, please fill out entry form using the same First Name, Last Name and Email you provided when registering your Account. Failure to use the same Account registration information in your entry form may invalidate your game plays and disqualify you from winning a prize. PLEASE RETAIN YOUR RECEIPT. IT WILL BE NEEDED TO VERIFY YOUR ENTRY IF YOU ARE SELECTED FOR AN INSTANT WIN PRIZE.

c. ENTER WITHOUT PURCHASE - MAIL IN METHOD: To participate without purchase, hand-print your full name, full mailing address, email address, phone number, birth month and birth year) on a plain 3x5 inch sheet of paper. Mail your completed entry to Realtime Media, Attn: Sony Instant Win, 200 Four Falls Corporate Center, Suite 130, Conshohocken, PA 19428.Each entry must be mailed separately in a hand-addressed, stamped envelope.No photocopied or mechanically reproduced entries will be accepted. Both the entry and envelope must be entirely written and addressed by hand. No responsibility is assumed for lost, late, incomplete, illegible, misdirected or postage-due entries. No responsibility is assumed for (i) technical, electronic, telephone, hardware, software or network, computer or data transmission errors, malfunctions or difficulties of any kind or (ii) any incorrect data contained in any entry. Mail-in Entries must be postmarked no later than November 23, 2020 (5:00:00 AM EST) and received by November 30, 2020, to be eligible. All Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged. All Entries received will be included in a randomized drawing on or about December 1, 2020 to award the corresponding prizes reserved for AMOE entries. One (1) entry per person, per day, based on postmark date. The Administrator will conduct the randomized drawing from the same prize pool and only winners will be notified.

One (1) Token per Day Limit: You earn only one (1) Token per day, per person/Account, throughout the Promotion Period regardless of the number of Qualifying Purchases or mail in requests. Tokens may be earned with any Qualifying Purchase made until 11:59:59 PM ET, November 22, 2020 or by following the “Mail in Method” outlined above in paragraph 2(d).

Token Deadline: All Tokens must be played via the Instant Win Game by 5:00:00 AM ET, November 23, 2020.

3. INSTANT WIN PRIZE WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: If you played via the App or BK.com with a Token earned with an in App or Online purchase and receive a message indicating that you may have won a prize, you will be prompted to follow instructions for filling out a prize redemption form with your full name, email, date of birth, phone number and full mailing address. If you played with an in-restaurant receipt, your potential win is subject to verification and you will be notified via email within 48 hours if you have won a prize and you will be provided with a prize redemption form. If you used the Mail-In-Method you will receive an email within 48 hours of the Administrator’s randomized drawing, indicating you may have won a prize and providing you with a prize redemption form or asking for redemption information. All prize redemption forms must be submitted to Administrator no later than December 10, 2020. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of prize. If any potential winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable time period (not to exceed three (3) business days), if the potential winner is ineligible, if any notification is returned as undeliverable, or if the potential winner otherwise fails to fully comply with these Official Rules or Administrator’s instructions, he/she will forfeit their prize. If any potential winner of the PS5 Instant Win prize forfeits a prize as stated above, an alternate winner will be selected from among all remaining eligible participants during the Second Chance Drawing.

4. INSTANT WIN PRIZES/ODDS: A total of Six Thousand (6,000) Instant Win Prizes are available to be awarded during the Promotion as outlined below. Odds of winning an Instant Win Prize depend on the number of eligible Promotion Entries received and the date and time when a particular Promotion participant plays the Game or from the reserved prize pool for mail-in AMOE entrants:

5. “SECOND CHANCE” SWEEPSTAKES DRAWING/ODDS:Administrator may conduct aSecond Chance drawing(s) on or about December 15, 2020, for any PS5 Game Console Instant Win Prizes which were awarded but remain unclaimed by their respective winners as of the drawing date (the Second Chance Drawing prizes “SCD prizes”). Potential winners shall be selected from among all eligible participants, until all SCD prizes have been claimed. Odds of winning a SCD prize is based on the total number of eligible participants playing the Instant Win Game during the Promotion Period and the number of SCD prizes available.

6. PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: Limit of one (1) Primary Instant Win Prize and one (1) Secondary Instant Win Prize per person/per household.Prizes are not transferrable and may not be substituted for cash, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. If any prize is not available, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Winner is responsible for all taxes associated with the acceptance of prize. Any costs and expenses not stated for any prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. If a potential winner cannot accept a prize as awarded, that prize will be forfeited in its entirety. Potential winner may be required to provide Sponsor with proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the email and BK® Account associated with the winning Entry. If a dispute cannot be resolved to Sponsor’s sole satisfaction, the entry will be deemed ineligible. All prizes will be fulfilled approximately four (4) to eight (8) weeks after the Promotion has ended or as outlined within the prize confirmation email. If it is discovered, during prize verification or at any time prior to prize fulfillment, that a potential winner has entered, attempted to enter, or used multiple accounts to enter more than the stated limit, potential winner will be disqualified at the discretion of the Administrator, and prize award will be void. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means and Entries made by any means, which subvert the entry process, are void. 8. CHOICE OF LAW AND JURISDICTION:All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants or winners, Sponsor, and Administrator in connection with this Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Florida, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions (whether of the State of Floridaor any other jurisdiction), which might otherwise cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Florida. Any action seeking legal or equitable relief arising out of or relating to the Promotion or these Official Rules shall be brought only in the courts of the State of Florida. You hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of said courts and waive any claim of forum non-convenience or lack of personal jurisdiction you may have. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Official Rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.

11. ARBITRATION AND DAMAGES: By participating, you agree that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by arbitration. Any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Promotion, but in no event attorney's fees.

12. TAX INFORMATION: All federal, state, local, and other taxes on prizes and any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided, are the sole responsibility of the applicable winner. A 1099 tax form (preceded by a W9 Form) will be issued to any prize winner over $600.
