Check-in is possible 24 hours a day after 15:00. 
 Please note that if you wish to check-in from early in the morning, the room price from the day before will be required.

We apologize, but only customers who have a negative PCR test can check in. 
 If you need to shift the reservation date due to the PCR test result, if you change the number of nights and shift only the check-in date, we will change the check-in date without changing the price. (*If there is room available)

There is no cancellation fee if you declare 2 weeks in advance. Please note that 100% cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations made 14 days before the check-in date or for stays with reduced nights. 
 In case of positive PCR test or flight cancellation, we will cancel it free of charge if you submit the certificate.

Please be assured that the cancellation fee will be waived if the result of the PCR test after returning to Japan or if you cancel the flight. 
 In that case, please note that you are requested to submit the certificate.

Basically, we request advance payment by credit card. If you wish to make a transfer, it will take time to issue an invoice, so please apply with plenty of time.
