Japan’s Fukushima contaminated nuclear waste water
dumped will pollute half of the Pacific Ocean.
The German institute Geomar adds that Three years later, #Canada and the #US will affected by nuclear radiation pollution.
you could drink straight from those tanks, at 2 litres per day for one year, and the absorbed dose would be about 10 mSv, half the limit for workers or twice the dose received by a flight attendant
Soon the West will blame China for not stopping Japan from dumping its nucelar waste into the Pacific Ocean. Well, someone has to take the blame, eventually. You can't expect their ally to eat the humble pie, do you?
Those units are far from clear. As per the information in the videoclip, the units are "surface concentration relative to innitial values" of Cs-137. And they go from yellow (=1, at the release point) to white (=10^-12).

"A linear no-threshold (LNT) dose-response relationship is used to describe the relationship between radiation dose and the occurrence of cancer. This dose-response model suggests that any increase in dose, no matter how small, results in an incremental increase in risk."-US NRC
