Since 2011, Zoro's incredible team has been working to help our customers get everything they need to make their businesses go. We’ve grown super quickly in just a few years, recently surpassing 400 team members and reaching annual revenue of over $500 million. Choose Where You Work with 3 Office Locations

With 3 office locations across 2 states, plus frequent opportunities for remote work, most Zoro employees are able to work from the office of their choosing.

Our headquarters are located in Buffalo Grove in the northwest Chicago suburbs, a convenient location with parking, an onsite Starbucks cafe, and more. A free shuttle service makes the trip easy for Metra commuters, too.

Our other Illinois office is located in Chicago's West Loop neighborhood. Conveniently located above the Ogilvie Transportation Center, this office is easily accessible by Metra (either at Ogilvie or nearby Union Station) as well as by CTA trains and buses.

Our Janesville, Wisconsin, office is located close to the Illinois/Wisconsin border and is home to most of our customer service organization.

All office locations feature onsite beverages and snacks, nearby fitness centers, and plenty of dining options in the surrounding area.

Our Interview Process

When you apply to join the Zoro team, we want you to know what to expect. Most interviews start with a phone call, and if we're interested in learning more about you, we'll invite you to come to the office and meet some of the people you'll be working with. After an onsite interview, you should hear back from our HR team shortly about the next steps in the hiring process.
