The only reason this is getting Fi votes over Ti is because everyone here appears "depressed" or "moody" due to the severe vitamin D deficiency and SAD since we don't know what sunlight is. This is a state based on science and progress. I'd even say it's Fe>Fi due to the way everyone acts polite on the surface if they're somehow forced to interact with you.
The Fi, enneagram 4 thing is much more Portland. They thrive off of being different, whereas Seattle is a mix of awkward geeky culture that's afraid of making eye contact and black and white business culture with a tinge of politeness.

Do you really think the state of Washington is INFP? INTP because I've met smart people, with severe lack of social skills and decency. In the USA, INFPs are simply kicked out of the country or die trying. Oregon state may have some INFPs flourishing, but thats it.
