the DLL called wininet .dll is missing

There is no dll file
works, but only losing trades. Not a good EA
Works well in tester. But needs a receipt number and email to work on Demo account and probably the same on real account.
Where is the DLL file ? how this bot is supposed to run without DLL file?
So far the back tests are showing a promising EA, going to run in Demo for a while and see. With a 7% draw down, worthwhile putting effort into this EA
