my dude this is not a new fucking problem.
of course the game will get easier if you turn on a framerate limiter the game is frame based.
so can you please not ruin things for the rest of us?

This fps issue is Konami's problem, so I want to make these evidences so I can warn to them saying "There's a way to ruin the game while bypassing the outlawed things for IIDX INFINITAS".
