By using 'PED_POLICE 2000 0 0 0 0' you will create a policeman who cannot arrest you.  It responses to all PED-related processes just like a PED_ON version would, execpt for NOT sliding over cars.  This means he will get squashed if you drive (even very slowly) over him. <HINT!>

 You can create peds who will act in different ways.  The complete list of AI types of peds which I have tested with is here.

1	Enemy Guard, Sprays
2	Ped enters a FUTURECAR set as TARGET
4	Strolling ped
5	Follows TARGET
6	Jogging ped who is scared by bullets
7	Runs Away From TARGET
8	Excellent assassin
9	Same as 7, but worth more!
10	Runs suicidally on its FUTUREPED angle (0-1023)
11	Like type "8" but these shoot without chasing
12	Enemy Guard, shoots at vehicle TARGET
13	As above, but will chase the TARGET

21	Enemy Guard, Bad
22	Enemy Guard, Good
23	Enemy Guard, Excellent
24	Enemy Assasin, Bad

41	Friend Guard, Bad

  Friendly Peds' bullets cannot kill you and your bullets cannot kill them.  Only explosions, flames or getting run over can make you kill each other.  Enemy bullets can kill you and your friendls but do not kill other enemies.  Friendly AND enemy bullets will kill peds not created by the missions.
