yes, or at least they've been really dumb about it before like when P5 first came out. Plus Hololive is a company and they need to get explicit permission to stream games if it's not stated in a EULA or elsewhere by the dev directly or similar.

I can understand this restriction playing p4g and p5/p5r.
P3? Why? Is there any way to buy it and play it legally at this moment?

actually she was offering money, like "this would be shared with you, let me play _on stream_ the game that you made 15 years ago to earn money", specially with so many people saying "please atlus, I will buy the rest of the games"
