今回の「大阪府及び大阪市における一体的な行政運営の推進に関する条例（案）」の内容とは、全く一致しませんね。暇なのではなく、きちんと真摯に議論を進めたいと思っています。大阪市も大阪府も独立した地方公共団体ですから、地方自治法上、乗っ取られることはありません。
