しかも「民間検査よりも、行政検査の方が精度がずっと良い」という岡部治彦氏のBuzzFeedJapanでの言は、民間PCR検査を抑制する為の根拠のないプロパガンダです。彼がPCR検査よりも富士レビオの抗原検査を持ち上げるのも。

補足。２ラウンドのネステッドPCR：
極微量のサンプルから目的物を増幅する方法。１回目のPCRの産物をさらにもう１回PCR反応を行い増幅します。リアルタイムPCRに比べ、はるかに時間と労力を要します。ステップも多いため、コンタミ（不要物の混入）などによる偽陽性の出現の可能性も高まります。 twitter.com/koichi_kawakam…
