GIULIANI’S SABOTAGE OF ELECTION FRAUD LEGAL EFFORTS REVEALED
Patrick Byrne, the former CEO of Overstock.com has spent the last six months helping and financing the work of several researchers, technical analysts, lawyers, and others examining and documenting evidence of election fraud since the 2018 election. After the blatant election manipulation of 2020 unfolded, his group quickly went to work gathering and analyzing data showing widespread fraud. Eventually they offered their evidence and help to Sidney Powell, and then to Rudy Giuliani who was in control of Trump’s legal team. They were astounded at the disarray, slow leadership and incredibly bad decisions made by Guiliani and his team. Despite his respect for Guiliani going into these events, Byrne’s notes reveal not just incompetence but likely deliberate sabotage by the man Trump trusted to lead one of the most important legal efforts ever. Byrne’s summary of events is shocking and eye opening. From his unique vantage point he has written what could be the definitive exposé of Giuliani and his staff. It will be shocking to you how blatant their actions were. To receive a one-time free sample of this brief, click on the Sample link on the left.

Gold & Silver Price Manipulation – The Greatest Trick ever Pulled
posted by Andrew Skousen - Tuesday, February 2 2021
...perhaps the most far reaching yet unappreciated method of manipulation is sitting there in plain sight, and that is the very structure of the contemporary ‘gold’ and ‘silver’ markets where by trading in vast quantities of fractionally-backed synthetic gold and silver credit, be it in the form of vast quantities of
that are ‘gold’ or ‘silver’ in name only, or in the form of gold and silver futures which haven’t the slightest connection with CME approved precious metals vaults and warehouses.
By siphoning off demand for real gold and silver and channeling it into unbacked or fractionally-backed credits and futures, the central banks and their bullion bank counterparts have done an amazing job in creating an entire market structure of futures and synthetics trading that is unconnected to the physical gold and silver markets. This structure siphons off demand away from the physical precious metals markets, and in doing so, creates a system of price discovery which is nothing to do with physical gold and silver supply and demand.
Apart from fractional-reserve banking, precious metals market structure is perhaps one of the biggest cons on the planet. So next time you think of precious metals manipulation, remember that in addition to spoofing and secretive central bank gold loans, the entire structure of the precious metals markets is unfortunately one big manipulation hiding in plain sight.

#SilverSqueeze: Physical Silver Shortage vs. Paper Silver
posted by Andrew Skousen - Tuesday, February 2 2021
Paper Silver Manipulation
What was claimed to be a conspiracy theory of bullion banks colluding to manipulate and suppress the paper price of precious metals have been proven true again and again.
BullionStar has also exposed, for example here, here, here, here, here, and here how the precious metals industry organisations, like the London Bullion Market Association (LBMA), protect the interests of the paper dealing bullion banks rather than further the interest of physical producers and dealers.
Suppressing the paper price of gold and silver goes to the very core, not only of the financial system, but to the whole monetary system. In Gold & Silver Price Manipulation – The Greatest Trick ever Pulled, we wrote....

In Defense of Hedge Funds. Gamestop Squeeze Hides Market Excess Risk
posted by Andrew Skousen - Tuesday, February 2 2021
...The Gamestop saga only proves three things.
a) There are too many people taking excessive risk due to the insane monetary policy we live in, including the alleged Robin Hood investors trying to force short-squeezes in bankrupt companies.
b) It is amazing to see that the same people that -rightly- criticize when there is an episode of collusion between investment firms hailing the ultimate collusion promoted by a website that moves 197 million shares of a stock in one day and wants us to believe that it is all the action of a few young investors who decided that a bankrupt company is a place to put their hard-earned savings on.
c) A short-squeeze is relatively easy to trigger. The problem, as so many will find, is to sell afterward.

D.C. Statehood: Not Without a Constitutional Amendment
posted by Andrew Skousen - Friday, January 29 2021
What most statehood proponents ignore, however, is a fundamental question that should pre- cede their political campaign: even if it were a good idea, can Congress make D.C. a state without a constitutional amendment? As a par t isan matter, support for statehood is almost exclu- sively Democratic, as would be New Columbia's congressional delegation. As a constitutional matter, however, the Justice Department under both Democratic and Republican administrations has consistently a g reed that statehood for the District requires a constitutional amendment; it can- not be done by mere majority vote in Congress.

Enemies of the Deep State: The Government’s War on Domestic Terrorism Is a Trap

We are moving fast down that slippery slope to an authoritarian society in which the only opinions, ideas and speech expressed are the ones permitted by the government and its corporate cohorts.
In the wake of the Jan. 6 riots at the Capitol, “domestic terrorism” has become the new poster child for expanding the government’s powers at the expense of civil liberties.

The Oregon Standoff: Understanding LaVoy Finicum’s Death & the Management of BLM Land
posted by Andrew Skousen - Friday, January 29 2021
This comes down to a question of ownership: Can the federal government simply decide that it “owns” 1/8th of the country that is supposed to be set aside for the general public? Does the federal government have such authority or does this authority reside with the states? Homesteading was technically still allowed until 1976 (1986 in Alaska), but the formation of the BLM in 1964 effectively spelled the end of homesteading in the lower 48. The argument of Ammon Bundy and company was that the federal government had no such authority, which instead rested with the states.
In a certain sense, this is a purely academic question. In another sense, the federal government owns whatever it says it does, because who is going to say otherwise? However, this was the theory and argument that underpinned the occupation of the Wildlife Refuge.

The VA accused him of bullying (by making disclosures to the OIG). 53 Dead in Gibraltar in 10 Days After Experimental Pfizer mRNA COVID Injections Started
posted by Andrew Skousen - Friday, January 29 2021
I have been contacted by residents in Gibraltar stating that 53 people have died in 10 days immediately following the roll out of injections of the Pfizer mRNA COVID injections, and calling it a “massacre.”
Local media reports confirm the deaths, but blame them on COVID, and not the COVID injections.
However, prior to the roll out of the injections, it is reported that only 16 people in total died “from COVID” since the beginning of the “pandemic” about a year ago.
