This is the timeline section; it goes in chronological order. It will go Event, then description.

1st attack- The gang runs into an old man with books and beats him up for no reason.

Bar scene #2 - The gang goes to another bar and buys drinks for a group of old women.

2nd attack- The gang breaks into a store.  They beat the owner, rape his wife, and steal his money.

3rd attack- Alex's gang steal a car and drive to a country house.  There, they beat up a man and rape his wife.

Alex at his 'flat' - Alex alone picks up two 10 year old girls. He brings them back to his house, where he gets them drunk and rapes them.

4th attack- The gang goes to raid a house, but they betray Alex. They call the police on him; they do not assist Alex in the raid, and knock him unconscious.  By the time Alex wakes up, it was too late to escape the police..

Jail - Alex is brought to jail and is questioned. He is beaten and almost molested by two inmates.

Rape attempt in Jail - Alex is in jail and a few of the inmates attempt to molest and rape him

Chaplain - Alex Meets chaplain.  He helps him in services, and he reads the bible for fun

Murder in Jail - Alex gets into a fight with another inmate and accidentally kills him.

Luvidico Technique offer - After the murder of the new inmate, he is offered to partake in a scientific experiment at the jail. The offer is that Alex gets out of jail in 2 weeks if he agrees.

Attempted escape from prison - When Alex goes to attack the guard toward the end of his 2 week testing, he becomes ill because of the effects of the Luvidico Technique

Jail releasement - Alex goes before a board, who sees he is incapable of committing a violent act, and has to be nice to avoid pain

Alex goes back to home - Alex enters his house to find a strange man with his parents. He finds out that all of his personal belongings in his room were taken out, and the strange man is now occupying his old bedroom.

Music store scene - Alex goes to the music store in order to listen to classical music. However, Alex finds out that he feels sick when classical music is played because of his correlation between classical music and violence, a result of the Luvidico Technique.

Library scene - At the library, Alex runs into the old man he beat up in the beginning of the story. The old man recognizes Alex, and calls others around him to assist him in beating up Alex.

Police brutality - The police arrive at the library where Alex was just assaulted and injured by the old man. There, Alex finds out that Dim and Billyboy are now police officers.  Both Dim and Billyboy take Alex out to the country side to beat him up. This is one of the key points in the book, which shows irony.

F. Alexander encounter - Alex stumbles to the same house he and his gang broke into and robbed at the beginning of the story. The man in the house does not yet recognize him but gets more and more suspicious as time goes on, with Alex hinting familiar traits from the times back before prison.

Suicide attempt - F. Alexander finds out who Alex really is, and remembers vividly of what Alex did to him and his wife on the night of the burglary. He and a few friends then proceed to torture Alex with classical music, which they discovered make Alex go insane.  Alex attempts to commit suicide by jumping out a window because he is driven insane by the pain caused when he hears the classical music.

Cured from Ludovico - After the suicide attempt and the release from the hospital, Alex finds out that he has snapped out of the 'hypnosis' the Ludovico experiment had put him in. This occurred because Alex had been unconscious for such a long period of time, and he was put into a deep sleep.  His mind 'reset' and the hypnosis wore off. He is returned to his original state before the Ludovico experiment.

The New Gang - Alex is now the leader of a new gang, doing the same old thing he always did. But this time, he holds back from committing the violence himself.

Pete - Alex runs into his old friend and gang member Pete. Alex is impressed by how mature he is and how he now has a family.
