On other planets, the subatomic particles are linked very differently to the molecules and genes of a life form. It is possible, with technology, to transfer this configuration from subatomic particles to humans. However, these would be synthetic humans. Because your skin and your whole body are synthetic in this case.

The saturn cube is actually a supercomputer that exists inside the planet. This cube is very helpful and supportive for things that humans on earth cannot understand. In fact, this supercomputer is shaped like a small cube. The technology connected with it is so advanced that it can reach this solar system via this saturn cube, although the technology behind it is stationed in a completely different galaxy.
This cube was installed on Saturn millions of years ago and it is very, very old, but still more technologically advanced than anything that will be built on earth in the next 15 million years. The beings behind it do not belong to the serpent race, but to a completely different race that is completely unknown to humans. People belonging to the serpent race are so molecularly advanced that the daughter can transform into the father and the father can transform into the daughter.
However, there are also regulatory forces that monitor all of this and check that certain people are also genetically or molecularly modified at the subatomic level so that they cannot change their shape.
