Daggerfall. Baldur's Gate. Dragon Age. Hell, Deus Ex isn't even technically an RPG, but it has more roleplaying than Cyberpunk. Better cyberpunk game by no small amount, as well.

Stop pretending the technical problems are the only issue. It's like when people wouldn't stop sobbing about Mass Effect 3's ending while ignoring that the game itself was lobotomized bullshit. Cyberpunk is licensed from a roleplaying game, but has no fucking roleplaying in it.
