日本政策金融公庫という組織を知ったのは3年ほど前の柏の葉のビジネスセミナーで横浜の人の講演を聴いて、名刺交換してから。二回目に知ったのは春日部市の産業フェアで、日本政策金融公庫が来ててパンフレット配っていたから。先日、なんで電話掛けてみる機になったのは、この辺の銀行は手詰まりで、あと一ノ割の信用金庫があるが、朝日印刷の山田久雄とつるんでいるので嫌だったからパス。と言う事だった。左のパンフレットの0120に掛けて話をしてみると、2001年1月に屋号桜花意匠で春日部税務署に個人事業開業届を出していても、20年間、事業的収益を上げられなかったので、今から創業で創業融資でやらせて頂きます、と言う事になったので、「あれ？なんかそうなの？」と言う事で、まぁ各書類4枚くらい、書いたよね。それと、書式は設定されてないけど、自分の時系列に沿った、事業の育成見込みととかをグラフにしてキレイに設計してみた。それを送って電話が掛かってきて、越谷支社で面談を、と言う事なので、建設現場のスケジュールを中断して、そのアポイントメントにつきあって、行ってきた。土曜日にメールアドレスは知らせてあるのに、紙の通知で、面談の際に提出する書類・資料のリストを見てげんなりきた。●確定申告書過去数年分●個人の銀行口座の過去一年間の通帳記入分●令和2年分の給与明細か源泉徴収票●一年間の公共料金の領収書全て（電気・ガス・水道）●固定資産税の領収書・課税明細●自動車買うから見積書●免許証とかこれだけ持っていかなければならないから、昨日の日曜日に4時間くらい掛かって、全て揃えた。自動車の見積書だけは忘れた。なんか担当のおじさんが、「自己資金が無いので、返せるかどうか不安なんで」と言ったから。即座に私は「クラウドファンディングがあるからいいですよ」と言った。今日の面談の記憶を振り返ると、「この人、俺の独創性とかゼロからの発想の創業とか、そう言うの全然理解しようとしていないな、或いは理解出来ないのかな、見込みなさそう」という事で、日本政策金融公庫越谷支社を出て、トイレに行って、駅のてんやで天丼食って思った。「クラウドファンディングにしたほうがいいな」と心の中に決心が生まれた。今、夜の8時だけど、ここまで冷静に振り返って考えると、「まったく誰も見たことのない独創性のあるビジネスを実現しようとしている人間には、銀行（公庫含む）は冷たいというか、その銀行とか公庫の人間は皆大卒で、過去データの延長線上のビジネスしか理解できないのではないか？と得心する。そういう過去データを参照するしか出来ない人間の融資を引き出す意味でも、軽貨物配送というミンナやり出している、個人事業の業務請負のビジネスで、定常的な売り上げを上げる、と言う風に図と言葉で伝えても理解出来ない様だった。なんか、皮算用で、Excelで数値データで、1日の売り上げを365日分出すと理解出来る、その中から返済の金と生活の資金と、出版・創作事業の活動資金と時間を捻出していく、とかって数値データだけだったら、理解出来たのかも知れない。支店を後にして、てんやで天丼を食べて、西口の喫茶店でコーヒーを飲むときには、「やっぱり、クラウドファンディングで、リターンは、自分の限定特別バージョンの紙本2種類で行く方が、無から有を生む、自分のビジネスの根本にあっているかな」と思った。だから、日本政策金融公庫はこんなもんだ、NHKみたいなモノか、と納得して、越谷駅から春日部に向かう電車に乗る頃には、日本政策金融公庫の事はすっかりわすれて、まぁ家に帰ったら車の見積書のFAXを送ると言う要件は忘れてなかったけど、5ちゃんねる覗いた様な物で、期待しないで忘れていた方が良い様に今の感想で言う。以下の記事はだから、クラウドファンディングに向けて、私の事業のさわり、本当にさわりを一枚の紙に表現したので、それを解説していく。
これだけ、書いたけど、担当者のおじさんはこの紙が読めない様だった。話が全然、噛み合わないと言うか、その提出書類の中で、公共料金の電気・ガス・水道の領収書全ての金額を紙に書き写しているのを視覚記憶で今の感想を言うと、「万世橋警察署で取り調べを受けているようだ。全ての持ち物を机に出し、財布の中身も全て解析されている、あの警察署の取り調べのようだ」と言う感想かな、夜の8時に考えると。そこまで調べる必要あるのかな？と思った。さらに今気が付くと、「税務署のデータベースにアクセス出来ないのかな？確定申告書の控えをコピーしてるって、信用金庫ですら、所得情報のデータベースにアクセスして、確認を取って個人事業ブルーアイリスの口座が作れるのにな」と振り返ると思う。それに、私の日本とか世界でもオンリーワン（ナンバーワンとか言わないけど）のこの超ハイエンドの才能と可能性とポテンシャルを理解しようと言う言葉はほとんど聞かれないのだから、「俺と俺の事業計画を理解しようとしていない」と思って失望したので、「クラウドファンディングがありますので」と言って、静かに去るしか無かったが。で、切り換えて、クラウドファンディングの情報だけど、ようやくクラウドファンディングをやり直す気持ちになった。まず、blueiris.jpの無料ダウンロードの「寄付（ドネーション）」を「クラウドファンディング（群衆＋投資）」と呼称を変更せざるを得ないな、と思ってる。最初の「寄付」をよこした人間が印象悪いのが一番だと思う。自分は、自分の作品を楽しんで認めて貰った人で、お金を少し寄付してもいいよ、と言う人の、作品に対する対価としての500円なので、作品を提示している事が、500円の謝礼だと思うのだが、精神障害手帳持ちのビジネスマンは、「寄付をしたんだから、謝礼くらいしなさい」とメールで叱責してきたから、500円の定額小為替を郵便局で買って、郵便で金を送り返して、拒絶とした。先日もドメイン削除まで法廷で争うと恐喝のメール送ってきたので、「やっぱり5ちゃんねるやってる人間ってタチ悪いわ」という事だったのだけど、立て続けに黒い三連星のウチの「宍倉圭介＠MOJO」と「大畑勇貴＠れつだん先生」から入金があると、やっぱり、自分のやり方が間違ってたのかな、と思う。だから言うけど、「5ちゃんねるやってるのは、読んでもいいけど寄付するな、住所が来るから迷惑なんだよ」という事なんです。その点クラウドファンディングにすれば、もっとキャンプファイアとかマクアケとか、色々プラットフォームで数百万人にアピールして、投資を募る事が出来るのだから、そっちにするわ、と言う事だ。クラウドファンディングへの出展情報は追々発表していくけど、上手くはまれば、軽貨物配送業後退して、いきなり「株式会社ブルーアイリス」でしばらく独善的に一人でビジネスと創作できるかもしれない。まぁ軽貨物配送業もクラウドファンディングもやってみないと解らないけどね。寄付じゃなくて、「おひねり」とかにすれば良かったのかも知れない。クラウドファンディングの思い出って、「Lily」の事業化とか、春日部でメイド喫茶作るとか申し込んだのが思い出だけど、あれ何時途絶したのかな、2年前？確か荒川年金事務所で休憩中に話したかな？途絶したままなビジネスアイデアが多い。去年、色々資金調達で勉強してみて、やっぱりクラウドファンディングかな、と思い、リターンがすぐ発想できている。自分の書籍の紙本二種類である。しかも表紙が特別書き下ろしバージョン。再版がされない、プレミアつく事必死の限定本が二冊で1万円。その新しく書く書籍を書く決意が出来なかったから、日本政策金融公庫にまず電話したと言う事だ。でも、銀行も公庫も私の才能を理解して事業性資金を貸してくれなさそうなので、クラウドファンディング、と言う事になる。ここまで書くとまた、今度は毎日の日銭を稼ぐ仕事が無くなっている、とか、クラウドファンディングに申し込んだら、断られた、と言う情報も公開していく。大賀匠津CEO＋大日本印刷＋オールドマスコミとかの圧力とか恐喝とか行く先々であるかもしれないので、気配を感じたら、こういう気配を感じました、とこのWEBで報告していきます。ちなみに、糸井重里が名前を糸井重里（52）とか名前変えたらしい。中島英樹（Blueiris）は52歳だ。こういうことなんだよ、オールドマスコミのやり口ってのは。俺の事名指しで言えばいいじゃないか。なんなんだよ。糸井重里氏。なんか山にずっとこもって悟りを開いてくださいな。マスコミには出ないで、とお願いします。
