a little help needed with ihas324 and xbox backup creator

    So here is where i am, i flashed my drive with the eeprom and flash utilities. i got the newest backup creator and its installed to my programs. im running windows 7, i downloaded the mscomctl.ocx and visual basic 6 sp6 runtimes. i load up my drive which is usb type on my laptop, but its connected to a drive case with a sata connection. i get all the info just like in the videos to back up my xgd3 game and this is what i get:

    i have also tried with one of my other older games to no avail, i never get the start button to light up. any help will be greatly appreciated.

    Are you using an iHas to rip Xbox 360 games? I don't think that's possible. you need to use an Xbox 360 drive with 0800 firmware.

    Yep, what mulletinc said is your problem. The iHAS drives are for burning XGD3 titles using Burner Max. For ripping you need either a BenQ or fat Lite-On Xbop 360 drive flashed with 0800 v3.
