- there are LF trained agents or a 'call center' which identifies those thoughtforms, and the sender in the physical (including plasma and etheric counterpart) world (planes).

- he, the LF agent, or the tech gives the remedy on the etheric plane in order to manifest on the physical plane (body) of the sender.
