As simple as it can be explained Matt is banks need stability not volatility. Banks don't operate well when their money or your money is at risk. Currencies thst jump or fall several times a second on a large scale won't work for them. Xrp staying stable is exactly what we need.

So, why lock away 55 Billion coins then? What did they think that announcement would do to the price? Lol. Also, isn't Ripple up 5000% in 2017. I could care less about volatility, as long as it keeps doing that!!!
