All the time は 時間的に絶え間のない状態を 表わします
ex) She’s with her boy friend all the time.
彼女は いつも ボーイフレンドと一緒にいる

all the time: always, during a particular time frame.
ex) You can’t be right all the time.

ex) Did you know about the secret all the time?
その秘密を ずっと 知っていたの？

□ all the way 　（距離・空間）ずっと
ex) Peel the potatoes all the way around.
ジャガイモの皮を ずっと（360度）向いてください

all the way: without limit or reservation
ex) I’m with you all the way.

At all times の times は 複数の –s がついているので、
何回もあることです。

At all times の単数形は At a time で 一度に、同時に を意味します。

□ at a time 一度に、同時に
ex) I ordered a coffee and a tea at a time.
コーヒーと紅茶を一度に頼んだ

At a time の 複数は At times 一度 が 複数回あるので  時々　の意味になります。

At times = 時々 に all をつけて At all times = いつも、常に になります。
At times = Sometimes / At all times = always

□ at all times いつも、常に = always
ex) Keep your hands inside the vehicle at all times.
常に 手が 乗り物の内側にあるようにしてください（窓から手を出さないでください）

ex) This is my favorite song of all time.

at the time: at a particular moment or period in the past when something happened
ex) I was about ten or eleven at the time.
