Some users claimed that this page https://programmablesearchengine.google.com/about/ occasionally appears after running the programmable search.
Does anybody know the potential cause of this problem?

Accessed your Programmable Search Engine and observed that you have configure this search engine to serve results from "Search the entire web". Accordingly, your search engine is serving results.
If you can provide me with the steps to reproduce (even if it's random), would be easy for me to reproduce.
Else, atleast provide me with the search query with which when performing search you are seeing the problem reported.
