小学校教師、船浮民夫先生の実践分析 Analysis of the practices of the Tamio Funauki, an elementary school teacher

本稿は、小学校教師の1年間の取り組みを、教師自身が書いた実践記録ならびに、筆者による参与観察によるデータを使って分析したものである。今回の原稿は、参与観察者である筆者が1年間の取り組みをどのように分析したのか船浮先生に伝え、次年度以降の実践展望について話をするという小さなサークルの研究会をもとにしている。投稿に際し、いわゆる学術的な原稿として書きなおすことも考えたが、現在進行中の実践の分析ということから、教師との応答性をもとにして執筆することはふさわしいようにも思われた。したがって、本文の文体は手紙文体のままにし、その上で脚注において文献などの出典や実践の位置づけを補うことにした。

This essay will analyze one year's work of an elementary school teacher, using both an achievement report written by the teacher himself and data from observations which the author personally participated in. In addition, this essay will look at how the authoranalyzed one year of the teacher's work through the participant observation, as well as the results of the study session discussing prospects for future improvement in the next year which followed the author's sharing of this analysis with Mr. Funauki. In the process of submitting this essay, I considered rewriting it in amore scholarly form, but because it is an analysis of current classroom practices, I decided that constructing it instead in a letter-like format, showing my correspondence with the teacher, was more appropriate.
