大きな時差のある人とのやりとりには、けっこう便利。
できれば、指定時に相手の時刻に合わせたいので（自分の環境の場合）JST（つまり +0900）固定ではなく、任意の時間帯が選べると良いのだけど。

That would be local time of sender or recipient? Or by general agreement GMT?

It depends on the client. In Gmail's case, which is the client I use, the timezone is clearly stated when scheduling an email (see screenshot). More details in the Gmail Help page here: support.google.com/mail/answer/92

When I sit down to clean my emails at 10 pm, my email provider should automatically block my inbox from receiving any new emails until I finish all my current emails, specially those who are replying to my late night email. That is what I would call AI for Social Good.

If you used a Gmail scheduler like Boomerang, please don't. It's insecure & has permissions TO READ and send your messages. Gmail now has "Schedule Send" built-in Gsuite & Gmail. gsuiteupdates.googleblog.com/2019/04/write- AND support.google.com/mail/answer/92

I am using gmail on mobile and web. I care more about web for this feature. Basically when snoozing an email, instead of having just a set of selections and then the calendar selction, you can add a text field for entering specific day/time. Eg i can type: tue 11:23 or 7/29
