The Syrian Turkmen who is the godfather of modern pan-Arabism, Sat'i al-Husri literally said that people should be forced to identify as Arab even if they didn't identify as Arab, and they just speaking Arabic made you an Arab. His mother tongue was Turkish btw.

Levantine Arabs didn't identify as Arabs earlier despite speaking Arabic as their language. It's similar to how English has become the lingua franca of the Irish people. This modern association with Arab identity is because of pan-Arabism from Baathist ideology.

Philip Hitti, the Levantine author clarifies that Syrians (Levantines) are neither Turks nor Arabs (despite mistakenly being called Turks). This book is form 1924 archive.org/details/THESYR

Genealogical/racial: ‘Arab’ is an ethnolinguistic identity. Your forced correlation between people from the Arabian Peninsula, and people who speak Arabic + participate in general Arab culture is orientalist. Also, even if it were genetic: Haplogroup J1 disproves your point.

Arabic linguistic classification is just politics. In reality, Moroccan Arabic is further from Iraqi Arabic than Portuguese is to Spanish. Maltese is of the same origin but classified as a different language because of politics.

The cultures of the Arabic-speaking countries and peoples vary vastly. There is no monolothic or homogenous "culture" that unites the Lebanese with Saudis or Palestinians with the Sudanese or Syrians with Mauritanians. Culturally, we are Levantine not Arab.

No, it isn't. Arab identity is tied with clans, something which Arabized people don't have. eg, unless you are of a specific clan, you will not be accepted into the Chechen ethnicity even if you speak their language. Irish people are Anglicised but still not English ethnically.
