As in absolute population share and then compare it with the 1961 census data.

Are you foolish? That's literally a soft copy of the 1941 British Indian census, the same data you are claiming to cite.
If you have enough money to spare, you can order a physical copy as well from the Public Library of India.
The Twitter thread literally cites the same thing.

Share of Muslims in India Jammu region as a whole today is roughly the same as it was in 1941. The slight decrease is because of refugees from Kashmir, Mirpur and Punjab over the years.

Are you seriously this foolish? Jammu district of 2011 isn't the same as Jammu district of 1941 because new districts have been carved out of the older ones.
Also, Hindu refugees from Pakistan poured into these regions from West Punjab during partition.
